About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our in-house stand design and build service. This fast-growing service supports hundreds of customers across our shows in 10 countries throughout Europe and Asia. This role is 12-month FTC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client briefs and support sales teams in qualifying leads.
  • Oversee design and costing, produce client proposals, and obtain sign-off.
  • Ensure high retention of clients and acquisition of new clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell stand build products and show-related products.
  • Maintain accurate sales and budget trackers, ensuring proposed services meet client and company budgets.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) and reconcile supplier invoices to POs.
  • Produce written technical specifications to match designs and build professional relationships with outsourced partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in an exhibition sales or operational role. Stand design and build experience is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and desire for learning and personal development.
  • Ability to interpret 2D and 3D plans.
  • Basic knowledge of supplier products (e.g., AV, IT, graphics).
  • Willingness to travel to exhibitions in different locations.
