About the Job
As a Hosted Buyer Account Executive, you will support the delivery of buyer recruitment and programmer administration across RX’s leading travel events.

This role focuses on task execution, data accuracy, communication with buyers, and supporting the account managers in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Buyer Onboarding: Support communication with buyers regarding event criteria, registration, and onboarding timelines.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Excel, ensuring clean buyer data across systems.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documentation, briefing materials, travel records, and appointment schedules.
  • Appointment Matching Support: Assist with diary building and troubleshooting during the PSA/SSA phases.
  • Customer Service: Respond to basic buyer queries and escalate where necessary; ensure pre-event support is prompt and helpful.
  • Event Delivery Support: Assist with on-site buyer check-in, helpdesk, lounge logistics, and appointment tech setup.
  • Post-Event Admin: Help reconcile data, collate feedback, and support reporting functions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury travel or a related customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in explaining products, services, and solutions to clients.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Spanish proficiency is considered a strong plus.
