该高级管理职位全面负责 RX 大中华区全线展会的销售战略制定与落地,重点推动 业务加速增长。该岗位对所负责展会项目拥有 完整的损益(P&L)管理责任,在拓展 RX 国际业务版图方面发挥关键作用。

主要职责

销售战略

  • 负责并主导整合市场洞察、定价策略及渠道规划,最大化海外收入
  • 开展市场调研,识别新兴行业及尚未充分开发的客户细分市场;制定市场进入(Go‑to‑Market)策略并推动试点项目落地,捕捉新增长机会
  • 培养销售人才,提升销售团队能力,特别是客户价值的挖掘和匹配。制定有效的机制和策略,并落地,直接贡献到加速销售业绩提升
  • 推动新业务开发,实现高质量、可持续的收入增长


销售效能与赋能

  • 诊断不同业务组合中的能力与绩效差距,设计并实施销售效能提升举措,强化销售团队的专业知识、技能与执行力
  • 与市场及产品团队紧密合作,确保销售工具和物料支持以价值为导向的销售方式,并高度契合客户需求
  • 分析并优化端到端销售流程,持续提升效率、有效性及转化率
  • 评估销售赋能项目与相关举措的实施效果
  • 通过 CRM 数据分析及 KPI 仪表盘,提供数据驱动的洞察与改进建议,持续提升销售绩效
  • 在销售团队内部分享实践、成功案例与经验总结

任职要求

  • MBA 或硕士学位
  • 不少于 20 年 的高级销售及商业管理经验
  • P&L管理责任 的领导经验
  • 能够在单个项目及业务组合层面,灵活应对战略、战术及运营多个层级的管理挑战
  • 具备强烈的创业精神,优秀的跨团队协作能力,以及卓越的创新意识和战略思维
  • 成熟稳健的领导风格,出色的人际沟通、表达及演示能力

About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and driving the Sales Strategy across all RX Greater China events, with a strong focus on accelerating growth. The role holds full P&L ownership for assigned events and plays a critical role in expanding RX’s international footprint. The successful candidate will work close with cross‑functional teams, champion digital and commercial innovation, and deliver sustainable revenue growth while strengthening RX’s long‑term market position in the region.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

  • Responsible for and leading the integration of market insights, pricing strategies, and channel planning to maximize overseas revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and underdeveloped customer segments; develop go-to-market strategies and drive pilot projects to capture new growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales talent and enhance the sales team's capabilities, especially in uncovering and matching customer value. Establish and implement effective mechanisms and strategies that directly contribute to accelerating sales performance.
  • Drive new business development to achieve high-quality and sustainable revenue growth.

Sales Effectiveness and Enablement

  • Diagnose capability and performance gaps across portfolios; design and execute sales effectiveness initiatives to strengthen team knowledge, skills, and execution.
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to ensure sales tools and materials support value‑based selling and align with customer needs.
  • Analyse and optimise end‑to‑end sales processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and conversion outcomes.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate the impact of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations through CRM analytics and KPI dashboards to continuously improve sales performance.
  • Share best practices, success stories, and learnings across the sales organization.


Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 20 years of senior‑level sales and commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven leadership experience with full P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate across strategic, tactical, and operational levels for individual projects and portfolio management.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Mature leadership presence with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
