This growing event plays a key role for governments, businesses, and society ahead, as it brings together government officials, business leaders, and experts to meet, network and make connections within the renewable energy community.
 

About the Role
 

As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and financial performance of All-Energy and Dcarbonise. Your purpose will be to identify and evaluate growth opportunities within the industry, using insights to develop new solutions and/or brand extensions based on customer needs and industry trends.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Developing the event strategy, engaging direct and matrix teams with the strategy and value proposition
• Leading collaboration across multiple functions to deliver commercial and financial goals
• Building strong client relationships to identify unmet needs and deliver increased customer value
• Developing industry partnerships and understanding market trends to uncover new growth opportunities
• Overseeing focus of team priorities ensuring sufficient resource in place to achieve strategic and operational goals

Requirements
 

• Have experience using data and insights to develop successful products/events
• Have experience establishing strategic alliances and business communities to develop new and existing products
• Have experience of owning and/or managing a P&L
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication capabilities to foster collaboration and drive results across diverse teams
• Have experience or a keen interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and/or net-zero related sectors
