About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to build and lead multiple engineering teams and help us build reliable, secure, and scalable products that matter. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll ensure high standards of technical and delivery excellence. You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership, technical strategy, and delivery, creating an environment where teams can do their best work and where great engineering drives real business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of talented software engineers

• Create an environment where teams can deliver high‑quality software, sustainably and at pace

• Champion modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and a strong developer experience

• Work closely with Product, Design, and other partners to turn ideas into reality

• Balance delivery, quality, and technical excellence—without burning people out

• Help shape technical direction while keeping teams focused on customer value

• Ensure strong operational practices, including reliability, incident management, and cost awareness

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading and scaling software engineering teams in complex environments

• A solid understanding of modern software development lifecycles and technology stacks

• Strong people leadership skills, with a passion for coaching, inclusion, and building future leaders

• Confidence working with Product, Architecture, and senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps and priorities

• A pragmatic mindset: you know when to dive into detail and when to step back

• A passion and track record of delivering high‑quality software at scale, with a focus on long‑term sustainability

Technical skills we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of agile and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

• Solid understanding of modern architecture patterns, cloud‑based architectures, IaC and containers

• Variety of programming languages including DotNet, React, Python

• Good knowledge of Big Data Solutions, Analytics and Data Governance and Quality
