About the Role

We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This role is ideal for early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate event registrations.  

The ideal candidate will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities as they work with multiple Marketing Managers to deliver projects and deadlines across events and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Support the execution of event marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Campaign execution: Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels
  • Understand Your Customer: Have a general knowledge of the industry to identify trends, opportunities, new partners and target audiences
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and campaign assets
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and analyse data to inform decision-making and reporting
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers, sales teams, and external partners
  • Cross-functional Work: Collaborate across teams to deliver customer engagement and drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in a b2b environment
  • Strong organisational skills and project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Analytical skills with an interest in data-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently
