We’re looking for a Software Engineering Lead who is passionate about building highquality software, growing great engineers, and turning product vision into reliable, scalable technology. This is a handson leadership role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with people leadership—guiding a crossfunctional engineering team while still staying close to the code, architecture, and key technical decisions. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead and inspire a highperforming, inclusive engineering team that delivers secure, reliable, and scalable products 

• Set technical direction that ensures strong architectural and engineering standards 

• Partner closely with Product and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and deliver meaningful customer outcomes 

• Balance fast delivery with longterm platform health, security, and reliability 

• Stay handson through design reviews, architectural decisions, coding, and incident leadership 

• Champion modern engineering practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence 

What we’re looking for 

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Lead / Tech Lead delivering software at scale 

• A solid understanding of modern software development lifecycles and technology stacks 

• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing people 

• The ability to translate complex product needs into robust technical solutions 

• A pragmatic, outcomefocused mindset with high standards for quality and reliability 

Technical skills we’re looking for 

• Strong experience with modern software development using technologies such as C#/.NET Core, JavaScript (React), Node.js and/or Python 

• Solid understanding of microservices, Graph and RESTful APIs, eventdriven architectures, DDD, CQRS 

• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, automated testing (TDD/BDD), observability, and production readiness 

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, infrastructureascode, and secure coding practices 

• Advantageous understanding of AI First development and how this are is evolving
