About the Role:

The Strategic Pricing Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability across the LATAM business unit, while supporting the US business as needed. You will develop and implement pricing strategies, leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful commercial outcomes. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing meetings and uncover & align value to pricing

• Present to functional leaders, VPs and Senior Leadership team

• Support and guide junior pricing team members

• Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and finance teams

• Apply pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle, including new launches and acquisitions

• Collate, analyze, and interpret data into actionable business intelligence

• Drive transformation initiatives through effective project management

• Travel up to 25% to support industry events, stakeholder engagement, and business needs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese a plus)

• Experience in revenue management and/or pricing

• Solid understanding of financial acumen and B2B environments

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI

• Strong understanding of data analysis and data relationships

• Statistical knowledge and application

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and meet key deadlines

• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills

• Availability to travel up to 25% to support events and business needs
