LONDON, Monday 11 March 2024: The London Book Fair (LBF) has today revealed the winners of the Trailblazers Awards 2024, recognising some of the most exciting talent within their first ten years in the book industry.
Winners of the ninth annual Trailblazers Awards include a Marketing Manager and Co-director championing female leadership in publishing; an Assistant Editor commissioning in Middle Eastern Studies; a Publishing Director responsible for publishing numerous Sunday Times bestsellers; a Senior Publicity Manager and two-time winner of PPC Best Newcomer award; an Online Manager using her platform to champion debut authors and underrepresented voices; and a Press Officer specialising in children’s literature.
The winners of the 2024 Trailblazer Awards are:

Rory Codd, Press Officer at Farshore, HarperCollins Publishers
The awards are run by The London Book Fair, in partnership with the Publishers Association (PA), supported by the Society of Young Publishers (SYP) and BookBrunch.

This year’s Trailblazers will be promoted across The London Book Fair’s social media channels and website, as well as in BookBrunch. The winners will receive a coveted Trailblazer trophy along with a complimentary ticket to this year and next year’s Fair, a one-week secondment with the Publishers Association, and a free subscription to BookBrunch.
