RX advances digital leadership in events with launch of RX NOW

The mobile-friendly, web-based solution made its debut at the PGA Show 2026, where it was adopted by more than half of the event’s 34,000+ attendees in its first outing. Following this successful launch, RX NOW is being rolled out across RX’s global portfolio of events throughout 2026, helping more participants maximise their time onsite and achieve stronger business outcomes. 

RX NOW acts as a powerful, real-time mobile companion, giving visitors instant access to everything they need during an event, without requiring an app download. Through a single interface, attendees can explore exhibitor directories, navigate floorplans, receive AI-powered recommendations, discover exclusive offers and collect exhibitor and product material from the show floor digitally, reducing time spent searching and increasing time spent making valuable connections. 

A key feature of the platform is its ability to capture and organise every interaction such as connections, QR scans, and saved content into a personalised “event timeline.” At the end of the event, users can generate a summary email, enabling seamless follow-up, improved lead conversion, and continued engagement beyond the show floor.
