RX has today named Peter Lindsay as its new global Chief Strategy Officer. Peter joins the company on 4 September and will report to Hugh Jones, global CEO.

Commenting on the appointment, Hugh Jones said: “This appointment marks a new chapter in RX’s story. We know that to grow and expand our offering to customers, we need a senior and recognised strategic leader to help design the future which is exactly what Peter delivers. He’s had tremendous success in driving operational excellence and business transformation for business and I couldn’t be more excited about the combination of customer-centricity and people-first leadership he will bring to RX in this role, across so many dynamic sectors and countries.”

At RX, Peter will be responsible for strategy formulation and execution, corporate development activities including mergers and acquisitions, and other projects and strategic initiatives related to achieving profitable growth for our company. He will drive the company’s strategic projects, including strategic analysis, market intelligence, and advising on strategic, operational, tactical, and business development objectives around the business. 


About Peter Lindsay:

Peter was Chief Strategy Officer at Telegraph Media Group, where he was responsible for group strategy, transformation delivery, insights and analytics, business development and communications.  During his 8 years there, Peter drove revenue and profit growth and delivered two significant transformation programs simultaneously, from print to digital and from ad-led to subscriber-led.

Previously he gained extensive experience at the top tier global strategy consultancy, Bain & Company, across a range of sectors and disciplines from growth strategy to pricing to due diligence. Peter has a love of music; he was Senior Choral Scholar in the Choir of King’s College, Cambridge, and still plays several instruments.  In 2021 he launched Curved, a multi-platform entertainment venture to ignite a new worldwide craze for classical music, and he remains a Trustee of the exciting Multi-Story Orchestra.  Image attached
