Richmond, Greater London, UK, 7 September 2026 – RX has announced two new partnerships as part of its global charitable giving programme, welcoming Multicultural Richmond in the UK and the Northeast Black Law Students Association (NEBLSA) in the United States.
The organisations have been selected through RX's Global Race & Ethnicity Committee (GREC) and join the company's five-year, $1 million commitment to supporting organisations that advance inclusion and diversity around the world.
Although operating in different countries, both organisations share a goal: helping people learn, develop new skills and access brighter futures. RX will support initiatives ranging from English language learning and community integration to leadership development and career opportunities for aspiring legal professionals.

Strengthening communities through language, learning and connection
For more than 30 years, Multicultural Richmond has helped create a more inclusive and connected community across Richmond upon Thames and neighbouring boroughs.
Support from RX will enable the charity to deliver English language classes for more than 200 people, alongside health and wellbeing programmes, digital literacy training and multicultural events that celebrate diversity and strengthen community connections.

Supporting the next generation of legal leaders
Founded in 1968, the Northeast Black Law Students Association (NEBLSA) works to increase representation within the legal profession by supporting Black and minority law students throughout their academic and professional journeys.
Through the partnership, NEBLSA will deliver educational programmes, leadership development opportunities and career-focused events, including business education workshops, an event management and sponsorship bootcamp for student leaders, and support for its Regional Convention.

“I believe this collaboration can serve as a strong model for how industry leaders and student organisations can work together to build a more diverse, prepared and connected pipeline of future professionals.”
The two organisations join a growing network of charities supported through RX’s global charitable giving programme.
