RX’s new personalised event technology - RX NOW - gives attendees instant access to real time discovery, easy navigation, and seamless content capture on their smartphone – with no app to download or patchy wi-fi to battle. Exhibitors benefit too, with greater visibility, better qualified leads, and stronger ROI.
Attending a major trade event is always a journey of discovery, and nowhere more so than at the PGA Show, one of the world’s premier gatherings for the golf industry. With over 1,000 exhibitors, a bustling Demo Day, professional education, and countless networking opportunities, getting the most out of the event can be a challenge for visitors. But this year, something changed.
For the first time at PGA Show 2026 (20-23 January), attendees had access to RX NOW, an ingenious new mobile companion which made its debut at the show and was used by more than half of PGA Show’s 34,000+ attendees at its very first outing. The technology is now being rolled out across RX trade events in 2026.
Real time discovery, easy navigation, and seamless content
Specially designed to deliver a more personalised and productive event experience, RX NOW unlocks more value for visitors by putting the power of real-time discovery directly in their hands – one tap or scan on their smartphone and they have all the information they need at their fingertips.
As they walk the show, they can explore the exhibitor directory and locate companies on the floorplan; receive AI-powered, real-time recommendations; browse and redeem exclusive exhibitor offers; search conference sessions and save to their personal calendar; and use RX Colleqt QR Code to instantly and sustainably capture information from the stands they visit.
Every interaction – connections, QR scans, offers, and activities – is saved in their own ‘event timeline’, providing a chronological view of their event experience. At the end of the event, visitors can send themselves a personalised summary email that consolidates everything they’ve saved in one convenient place – making it super easy to revisit, share, and follow up after the show.
Best of all, users don’t have to download an app or worry about intermittent wi-fi. As a web-based tool, RX NOW works within seconds, on or offline. It’s also fully accessible, with features like screen reader support, ensuring every visitor has a productive experience.
The technology is proving transformational for attendees, revealed Jamie Harrison, Senior VP, Product Development. “By making it as easy as possible for PGA attendees to search the exhibitor directory in real time, locate companies and products of interest, and capture content on stands, RX NOW tripled the number of visitors using Colleqt QR in comparison to 2025, to the obvious delight of PGA Show exhibitors.”
Powered by RX digital and data
RX NOW is the direct result of RX’s strategic decision to build a proprietary global platform and registration system – instead of relying on third party plug-ins which make data sharing difficult. This integrated approach allows RX NOW to work seamlessly with RX’s event websites and Business Builder suite of digital and data analytics tools, including Exhibitor Profiles, a fully searchable digital directory; Lead Manager App, for capturing and qualifying sales leads; Lead Booster, for promoting and redeeming exclusive offers; Exhibitor Dashboard, for measuring ROI and benchmarking performance; and Colleqt QR, for capturing digital content quickly and sustainably at the show.
“We’ve spent several years building our data foundation and refining Business Builder to create real, measurable value for our customers,” explained Brian Britain, RX COO. “With these tools now enjoying widespread adoption, we’ve focused our attention on creating one simple, unified experience for visitors at show, so they don’t have to download multiple apps or sign up for different services.”
RX NOW is a mobile-friendly webpage for live event days which sits on top of each show website and centralises access to Business Builder. “After registering to attend an event, visitors can simply log in to NOW by using the same email address they registered with or by scanning their event badge. NOW then uses real-time data and AI to surface exhibitor recommendations and offers, find relevant seminars, and guide visitors toward the most valuable experiences for them,” said Brian.
This ability to capture and use data to enrich the event experience for RX customers lies at the heart of RX’s entire approach to digital innovation. “RX NOW enables our attendees to discover more of what matters to them at our events. In doing so it also gives us critical insights into their needs and preferences which we can use to deliver show content that better informs, delights and inspires them. It’s a virtuous circle,” he revealed.
By driving greater use of RX’s digital tools onsite, RX NOW delivers significant added value for exhibitors too. “RX NOW is helping our exhibitors generate more leads, spark stronger business conversations, and achieve a clearer return on investment,” confirmed Jamie. “At PGA Show 2026, RX NOW doubled the number of exhibitor leads generated via Colleqt QR and Lead Booster compared with 2025.”
Customer feedback and next steps
Early feedback from RX NOW users has been overwhelmingly positive. “We set out to delight our attendees and exhibitors and have been delighted ourselves by their reactions,” said Jamie. “As with all product launches, there are things we’ll continue to improve, and plenty more we want to do – including ‘from and to’ floorplan navigation which is coming soon - but the feedback so far has been fantastic. When you give attendees the ability to navigate the floor more efficiently, and make more meaningful connections onsite, the time they spend at our events becomes even more focused and valuable,” he explained, adding: “One of the most popular pages at PGA Show was the personal timeline. Visitors loved seeing how it captured all their event interactions in a single, simple, easy to follow-up document.”
