Announcing a dedicated Operations Teams Site
Attention Operations people worldwide! Launching later this week, you will have access to a Teams group named “Global Ops Community” dedicated to collaboration for all our talented Operations people globally. Our Operations team’s goal is to continue to provide and improve on “Excellence in Operations” and to solidify our role as business partners to our show teams.
The Teams site will be structured into five categories:

- Nominations & Awards
- OLT Content
- Vendors & Suppliers
- Risk Management & Mitigation
This Teams space will let us share content, communicate on Operations successes, share and learn best practices on all topics related to Operations, copy best practices with pride, share vendor/supplier info, improve staff engagement, ask questions and much more.

Introducing the Proud to Be RELX Mentorship Programme
This Pride Month, RELX announced the launch of a mentorship programme focused on bringing together the LGBTQIA+ community across the company. The Proud to be RELX Mentorship Programme aims to inspire personal growth and career development, as well as build a greater sense of inclusion, collaboration and connection. Find out more and apply by 31 July.
We are currently seeking participants for our upcoming program, which matches mentees with mentors to create engaging and meaningful partnerships to inspire professional and personal growth and development for all involved. This year, we are offering a cohort starting in August, and will operate on a more informal basis, where mentee-mentor pairs can use our resources and meetings to craft their own unique dynamic that works best for their schedules and needs.
