職務の目的

RX Japan ファイナンスチームの一員として、シニアマネジメントと密接に連携し、中期および長期の財務計画の策定を支援することで、企業の効率性と収益性の向上に貢献します。
また、事業のあらゆる側面・階層において法令や規制の遵守を徹底するとともに、コンプライアンスに関する助言・指導を行う責任を担います。

主な業務内容

  • 月次管理会計の管理および、経営層向けの業績分析・レポートの作成を通じて、事業パフォーマンス向上を支援する
  • ファイナンス・ビジネスパートナーとして事業部門マネージャーと連携し、非財務部門から財務情報を引き出してコスト分析や予算管理の改善を行う
  • 年次予算および四半期ごとの業績予測の作成
  • 計画立案、支出管理、予測、レポート作成など、財務計画・分析(FP&A)全般の管理・監督
  • 各事業部門と連携し、今後数年間の収益および費用の予測を行う
  • 法令および社内ポリシー違反を防止・対応するための統制システムの構築および監督
  • 統制の有効性を評価し、継続的な改善を行う
  • 手順やレポート等を定期的に見直し、潜在的なリスクや不適合事項を特定する

【採用要件】

  • 学士以上の学歴
  • 日本語流暢
  • 英語コミュニケーションレベル以上(APAC/Globalとのやり取りの可能性あり)
  • FP&A経験3年以上
  • 経理知識 

あれば尚可

  • 外資系企業でのFP&A経験
  • CPA等の財務関連資格
  • 会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号(BA/BS)
  • マネージメント経験

Purpose of the role:

As a Finance Senior Analyst within the RX Japan Finance team, you will work closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan. You will also be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for managing the monthly management accounts and produce performance analysis/reports for the senior management to help drive business performance;

  • Working effectively as a Finance Business Partner with the business managers, extracting financial information from non-finance to help improve cost analysis and budget spend;

  • Producing the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the business;

  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis, such as planning, spending, predicting, report generation, and other tasks;

  • Working with various business units to forecast income and expenses for the next few years;

  • Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies;

  • Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously;

  • Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;

The business is looking for a candidate with accounting knowledge and 3+ years’ experience in a commercial environment. Such knowledge and experience should include:

  • Proven working experience as Senior Accountant / Analyst or Finance Manager;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Ability to direct and supervise;

  • A strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software;

  • Capability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing, quick environment;

  • Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building abilities;

  • Capability to lead projects throughout an organization;

  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

·         Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
