■仕事内容
RX Japanが主催する展示会の「核」となる出展社を集めるポジションです。
また業界の未来を切り拓く新しい企画をゼロから立ち上げる仕事も同時に行います。
「営業」＋「企画」、この2つを掛け合わせて、展示会を通じて日本の産業を盛り上げる、
そんなダイナミックな仕事です。
■主な業務内容
・展示会への出展を提案し、企業の課題に合わせたプランニングを行う
・新しい展示会や企画の立ち上げ（市場調査、コンセプト設計、営業戦略）
・チームと連携し、業界全体を盛り上げるプロジェクト推進

■所属・組織
・チーム構成：展示会1回あたり約20名
・担当展示会：年3～6回（繁忙期は補助展示会担当を含む場合あり
■必須条件
・5年以上の営業経験
・大卒以上
・PC操作スキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、PDFの基本レベル）
■歓迎条件
・新規営業の経験
・企画をゼロから立ち上げた経験
・マーケティングの知識や実務経験
