About the Role:

At RX Global, we are seeking motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Operations specialists. In this position, you will utilize tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and GBS systems to conduct technical data analysis, generate reports, and support our sales operations. Your contributions will directly impact the advancement of a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to produce insights and reports through CRM and analytics tools.
  • Provide support for sales training, performance evaluation, and process improvement.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and other departments to coordinate campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales operations processes.
  • Interpret data to assist decision-making and strategic planning for sales teams.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports of sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Utilize project management skills to coordinate cross-functional projects and sales initiatives.
  • Apply experience in sales operations to improve sales efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or as an individual contributor in sales. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Power BI, and Excel. 
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. 
  • Experience in campaign management and cross-department collaboration. 
  • Intermediate English for communication with global teams. 
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or sales leadership are a plus. 
  • Ability to generate reports and support sales performance evaluation.
