WE'RE DOING


myGwork is a business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, students, inclusive employers, and anyone who believes in workplace equality. myGwork aims to empower the LGBTQ+ community by offering individual members a safe space where they can connect with inclusive employers, find jobs, mentors, professional events, and news.

Members are invited to view our company profile to learn more about RX, and are able to access our job postings, giving us exposure to LGBTQ+ talent from across the globe! RXers are also able to join a community of thousands of mentors and allies who give back to the community and let students and other professionals contact you for guidance and advice.

BYP is a dedicated business community empowering Black professionals. With over 150,000 members across 20+ countries, they facilitate networking, mentoring, up-skilling, and employment through 1,000+ organizations. Their diverse members span various experience levels and industries like Finance, Tech, Marketing & Media, HR/DEI, and more. 

Our partnership means that we’ll be able to promote our open job positions directly on the BYP website and interact with members via BYP newsletters, and a regular programme of online and in-person events throughout the year, including partner-focused webinars and masterclasses, panel discussions and interviews, networking events, US summits and the annual flagship Leadership Conference in London.
