On April 1, Ivo Sklenitzka took over the duties of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RX Austria & Germany. He succeeds Ronald Herzog, who will be leaving the company at his own request on June 30 to take up a new professional challenge.
Ivo Sklenitzka brings with him many years of experience as a financial expert - 15 years of which within the RELX Group, to which RX also belongs. Previous positions included the group subsidiaries Lexis Nexis Austria and Canada, from where Ivo Sklenitzka returned to Austria with his family. At RX Austria & Germany he will report to CEO Benedikt Binder-Krieglstein.

Ronald Herzog says goodbye to RX at the end of June after 14 years at his own request. "With his enormous dedication and commitment, Ronald has played a key role in shaping our company in recent years and thus also contributed to the economic success of RX. We would like to thank him for this, also on behalf of the Executive Board,” said Benedikt Binder-Krieglstein. "After the past, demanding months of the pandemic, Ronald has now decided to break new ground professionally. We wish him all the best with great respect."
