Richmond, Greater London, 1 December 2025 – RX today announced the appointment of Amy Morton as its new Executive Vice President of Human Resources for RX and RELX Corporate, effective 1st December. This key leadership appointment underscores the company's commitment to advancing its global talent strategy.
In her new role, Morton will be responsible for aligning the company’s people strategies with its core business objectives. Her focus will be on driving talent development, retention, and acquisition initiatives across RX. She will play a crucial part in fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture as the company continues to adapt to the evolving needs of the global events industry.
Morton brings extensive experience in leading global teams and implementing impactful cultural change. Before joining RX, she held senior leadership roles at prominent financial and asset management firms, including St James’s Place, Aberdeen Asset Management, and Schroders. Her expertise in developing and executing people-centric strategies has consistently delivered significant value and supported organisational growth.
