The newly created position, now led by Mauricio Barrón, aims to accelerate commercial performance, standardize and streamline processes, and drive strategic enablement in Mexico and Brazil.
Mexico City, 1 Dcemberr, 2025 — RX, a leading company in organizing B2B and B2C events that foster networking, business opportunities, and industry growth, announces a structural change at the Latin American level by appointing Mauricio Barrón as Sales Effectiveness Director, Latin America. He will assume the role on December 1, 2025, with the mission to strengthen regional commercial strategy and consolidate growth for the years ahead.
This is a newly created position that reinforces RX LATAM’s vision to evolve its operations and enhance partner experience in Mexico and Brazil through innovation, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
Barrón joined RX Mexico in 2015 as Director of Expo Lighting America and, for the past five years, has served as Portfolio Director, leading events such as Expo Beauty Show, Top Flotillas, Infosecurity México, and LOGEX. On this new chapter, Mauricio stated:
