RX Names New Global Head of Digital Product Development

Richmond, 29 August 2025 - RX is pleased to announce that Jamie Harrison, Senior Vice President, Product Development, has been promoted to lead the company’s full digital product estate. 

In addition to his current responsibilities leading RX’s global product development, he will also lead digital innovation, customer insights, and commercial product opportunities across the business. 

Jamie has played a pivotal role in transforming RX’s core digital product offering. His leadership has been central to designing and delivering powerful tools that support the full event lifecycle - from registration and matchmaking to content delivery and analytics - creating seamless digital experiences that enhance the value of in-person events. 

Jamie’s expanded remit now includes the broader commercial and strategic direction of RX’s digital ecosystem - with a focus on innovation, data, insights and new digital propositions. This includes supporting existing events, enabling new features, and identifying opportunities to create value beyond the traditional event model.
