Celebrating Women in Exhibitions

Since RX joined the Women in Exhibitions Network (WIE) in September 2023, over 140 RX women and allies have signed up to the community, which aims to empower women in the exhibitions industry and help nurture the next generation of female leaders. RX Participates in the Black Young Professionals Leadership Conference

Earlier this month, RX participated in the BYP (Black Young Professionals) Leadership Conference panel "Roadblocks, Twists, And Turns: Designing And Navigating Your Professional Pathway." RX announced our partnership with the BYP Network, a business community dedicated to advancing the careers of Black professionals, earlier this year. NIMBLE Nominations are Open!

It's that time of year again! Time to nominate your colleagues for a NIMBLE Award.

There are two NIMBLE competitions this year. All the winners in 2023 will then be considered for the annual global awards in early 2024. Can you think of a colleague who has demonstrated a NIMBLE strength in the last 6 months? Are they Networked, Inclusive, Magical, Brave, have a Love of Learning, or Entrepreneurial?

Entry requirements:

  • The competition is open to any full-time or part-time employee, fixed term contract employees, year contract interns and apprentices.
  • RXers considered for a NIMBLE AWARD must have recently demonstrated at least one of the NIMBLE strengths. 
  • You can nominate people outside of your local business unit/office.
  • You can only nominate someone for one strength per form.
  • You cannot self-nominate.
  • Competition deadline: November 10th

Celebrating and Leading Diverse Cultures

As part of Inspiring Inclusion programming earlier this month, RX CEO Hugh Jones joined Kumsal Bayazit (CEO Elsevier), Mark Kelsey (CEO Risk), and Mike Walsh (CEO Lexis Nexis) for a discussion on continuing to promote an inclusive culture across RELX. Click below and scroll down the page to watch a recording of the panel.

We also heard from RELX business leaders across Asia Pacific. The event included discussions on leading ethnically diverse workplaces, celebrating our diverse people and their unique contributions, and promoting understanding and acceptance among people from different backgrounds.
