TOP FROTAS: NEW RX EVENT MODEL GENERATES VEHICLE, ACCESSORIES AND SERVICES BUSINESS IN THE TRANSPORT FLEET SEGMENT

The format will be unique, with executives and technicians from the automotive industry in one-to-one meetings with representatives of large transport fleet companies in a resort that offers leisure and entertainment. The objective, however, is very clear: the event is focused on expanding networking and generating new business. This is Top Frotas, the new business event format for the sector and transport fleet segment that begins in September, aimed at promoting sales in the segment.
At Top Frotas, special conditions are determined for the purchase of vehicles, accessories and services aimed at modernizing transport fleets, as well as promoting enduring business relations between participants.
The event is an initiative of RX, the largest automotive sector event organizer in Latin America, with other important trade shows in other segments. This is the Brazilian version of the successful format established by the company in Mexico, which has been hosting Top Flotillas for 10 years. The differentiated business event helps to promote greater engagement of manufacturers with the main buyers in the segment.
The first one-to-one edition of Top Frotas will take place from September 27 to 29 at Sauípe Premium Brisa, in Costa do Sauípe, on the coast of Bahia, Brazil. The organization's expectation for the newest and most important meeting of the transport fleet sector in Brazil is to welcome more than 150 qualified buyers in a comprehensive program of personalized business meetings.
The business negotiation schedule includes more than 1,000 business meetings, with approximately 20 hours of immersive relationship activities. RX's expectation is that the first national edition of the event will generate more than BRL 150 million in new business.
“Top Frotas is a more interactive event model, focused on generating business and establishing lasting relationships,” explains Robson Caldas, Product Manager of the new O2O Eventos unit, responsible for Top Frotas. “We are going to promote meetings even before the event starts on a virtual platform, and thus bring the public closer to the sector to the point that relations can occur 365 days a year!” Robson explains.
