It’s smiles all round from our China colleagues who have shared a video of their gradual return to the office, proving that there is light at the end of the coronavirus tunnel!

 Employees across RX China have been gradually heading back to their offices since March, subject to careful health and safety rules. Every morning their temperatures are checked at the reception desk. Face masks must be worn. Lunch boxes are brought in to prevent the risk from gathering in the restaurant. Online meetings continue. And to help protect them, all returners receive a gift pack including a box of disposable gloves, a bottle of hands-free sterilizer, and a bag of alcohol wipes. Nevertheless, there is no denying the relief that our colleagues feel in returning to some sense of normality.

 “Although we need to wear masks in the offices and can’t yet have face to face meetings, we feel that we are closer than ever” says Min Chen, Vice President, HR. “We’re one team and truly believe that we will ultimately come out of the other side of this global pandemic together. Every cloud has a silver lining.”
