The corporate Finance FPR&A team is a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to providing critical financial insights and support to drive the company's strategic objectives. We develop and support the analytic technologies to provide our internal customers structured access to data that is timely, accurate, and actionable. About the Role
 

As a Financial Analyst, collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support monthly responsibilities. Provide accounting and FP&A support, and assist with various financial tasks.
 

Responsibilities

• Assisting with monthly account analysis and reconciliations
• Compiling data to help with the preparation of federal, state, and international tax packages. Preparing journal entries and compiling data for tax packages.
• Monitoring and analyzing invoices related to expenditures.
• Supporting the finance team with financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Running and distributing system-generated reports and assisting in sales commissions calculations.
• Tracking international office expenditures and reviewing third-party agent sales contracts.
• Establishing banking requirements and preparing financial documents on-site.
• Supporting procurement director with vendor analysis and monitoring cross-border agreements

Requirements

• Have an education background in Accounting or similar field
• Have proven experience in a related finance position
• Be proficient in Excel with the ability to perform complex functions
• Be able to organize workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Be a proactive problem solver
• Be willing to travel approximately 10%
