About the Role

As an Event Registration Executive, you will help develop and carry out registration strategies for RX Global events. You will focus on collecting data and gathering insights during the registration process. Our goal is to improve customer satisfaction and processes to create great experiences and help our business grow. With your knowledge and skills, you will support RX's growth and success.


 
Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee registration-related projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project timelines and resources to meet goals and deadlines. Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Oversee the setup and configuration of registration platforms or software. Develop and optimize registration workflows for the events. Ensure accurate and timely data capture, tracking, and reporting on registrant details overseeing the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of attendee data whilst delivering on positive customer experience
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the registration process. Work with external vendors or partners to troubleshoot technical issues and streamline the registration experience.
  • Monitor and audit registration processes to maintain high accuracy and quality standards. Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from stakeholders, and use feedback to enhance the registration experience

  • Address inquiries or issues from registrants promptly and professionally either direct or with the customer services team. Create and distribute clear instructions or guidelines for the registration process. Provide post-event support and resolution for any lingering registration or data issues.
