About The Role
As Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing the sales team. You will support development and execution of strategic sales plans, drive stretch revenue growth, and maximize sales opportunities. You coach a team of sales professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners. This is a management position that requires exceptional sales expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive industry.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a high performing sales team
Managing Key Accounts and devising strategies to increase revenue across the portfolio
Achieving revenue targets for events and wider product offerings, with a real focus on digital and sponsorship
Setting and managing delivery against targets for the sales teams
Creating and implementing sales plans for the portfolio
Identify development areas and new business opportunities for the portfolio
Support and promote sales excellence across the portfolio through coaching, training and sales system usage
Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline management and reports for the portfolio
Working closely with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, finance, pricing, Brand leadership) to ensure successful delivery
Overseeing revenue collection via credit control teams, and managing debt forecasts
Contributing to the strategy of the portfolio
Requirement
Team orientated with a collaborative approach to sales.

Excellent communicator with strong creative skills in presenting and socializing information
Entrepreneurial and highly organized, with proven ability to appropriately priorities and manage own time.

Demonstrated ability to progress the sales process using consultative skills
Be a leader in the sales manager community – able to role model behaviors
