Sells a portfolio of the organization's and/or third-party event/exhibit space. Typically sells booth/floor space, sponsorships, directory advertisements and other ancillary media. Manages and is accountable for the performance of a medium sized team of professional associates, or multiple supervisors of business support / operation roles. Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams of employees. Develops and adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges; receives minimal guidance from manager. Manages generally homogeneous team(s); adapts plans and sets priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges.


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $96,600 - $179,400. Total Target Cash: $148,700 - $276,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
If performed in New York, the pay range is $106,300 - $197,400, the TTC is $163,600 - $303,500. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $111,100 - $206,300, the TTC is $170,900 - $317,300. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $91,800 - $170,400, the TTC is $141,200 - $262,200.

Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
