关于职位
此职位负责展位的销售与分配、增值服务以及其他相关销售职能,尤其是在指定展会中开发新的客户与业务,并对关键客户和忠实客户进行跟进,以促进收入增长并维持客户保留率。此角色还需协助项目经理开发新的展览相关产品并制定销售策略。

职责

  • 销售与市场支持: 协助准备客户会议资料、产品介绍PPT、方案初稿及其他商务文件;维护及更新销售物料库。

  • 客户数据与系统维护: 在客户管理系统(GBS)中准确、及时地录入和更新客户信息、跟进记录;协助完成基础数据整理与分析报告。

  • 流程协调与跟进: 协助处理合同流程、发票申请等内部行政流程;主动跟进方案执行中的各个节点,确保信息在内部高效流转。

  • 客户沟通辅助: 处理日常邮件和电话问询,充当初步接口;在指导下,与客户进行日常事务性沟通。

  • 会议与活动支持: 协助安排会议、做好会议记录并输出会议纪要;协助线下活动的后勤支援工作。

  • 情报收集: 协助收集行业资讯、竞争对手动态及客户最新信息。

要求

经验: 1-3年商务支持、行政、客户服务或市场营销相关工作经验。优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑。

技能: 熟练使用MS Office办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)。

教育背景: 本科及以上学历,商务、管理、市场营销、英语或文秘相关专业优先。

About the Role

To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in preparing client meeting materials, product introduction PPTs, initial drafts of proposals, and other business documents; maintain and update the sales materials library.

  • Client Data and System Maintenance: Accurately and promptly enter and update client information and follow-up records in the customer management system (GBS); assist in basic data organization and analysis reports.

  • Process Coordination and Follow-up: Assist in handling contract processes, invoice applications, and other internal administrative procedures; actively follow up on various stages of proposal execution to ensure efficient internal information flow.

  • Client Communication Assistance: Handle daily emails and phone inquiries as the initial contact point; conduct routine transactional communication with clients under supervision.

  • Meeting and Event Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and producing minutes; provide logistical support for offline events.

  • Intelligence Gathering: Assist in collecting industry information, competitor updates, and the latest client information.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business support, administration, customer service, or marketing-related roles. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.

  • Excellent Execution and Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately complete tasks according to requirements with a high sensitivity to details.

  • Efficient Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple parallel tasks flexibly and prioritizing effectively.

  • Active Learning Attitude: Interested in B2B marketing and the exhibition industry, eager to learn new knowledge, and quick to grow.

  • Good Communication and Collaboration Skills: Possess team spirit, willing to assist others, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

  • Language Proficiency: Good written and verbal English skills (CET-6 or above), able to handle English emails and read English materials; preference given to candidates who can conduct basic conversations in English.

  • Skills: Proficient in using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in business, management, marketing, English, or secretarial studies preferred.

  • Personal Traits: Proactive, responsible, with a neat and professional appearance.
