Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, actionable insights from website, campaign, and customer behaviour data to support website optimisation and decision-making.
- Configure and maintain website analytics, tagging, and tracking to ensure accurate, reliable measurement across digital channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance trends, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools and approved AI solutions to surface deeper insights, identify patterns, and support predictive reporting.
- Support SEO, AEO, and GEO performance through data-led reporting, insight, and collaboration with content and marketing teams.
- Provide analytics input to support digital marketing and social media performance analysis across platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert for selected analytics tools, supporting adoption, effective use, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital insight with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements

- Strong ability to translate data into clear, practical insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating automated dashboards and reports that track KPIs and performance trends.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital performance measurement, with an understanding of how data supports optimisation.
- Familiarity with tagging and tracking concepts, such as tag management systems and structured data collection.
