About our Team
The Sponsorship Team is a dynamic group of creative individuals who create event sponsorships and digital opportunities. This group is the hub for all sponsorship and advertising programs at our events. They develop new ideas to wow our customers, and work behind the scenes to see those ideas from start to finish in the execution of these programs onsite. We’re looking for someone with an eye on a little bit of everything, sales, marketing, finance, analytics, operations, and the finest level of detail. About the Role
Working directly with the Sales Teams, the Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for maintaining digital, print, and sponsorship product inventory. They also research new sponsorship opportunities, and work with internal departments as well as external vendors to deliver products. The Sponsorship Specialist also works with the sponsorship fulfillment team, ensuring proper execution of each sponsorship sold pre-show and onsite.
Responsibilities
Developing new product offerings for assigned brands with a primary focus on digital innovation and activations
Reviewing and improving existing product offerings
Creating a highly collaborative environment with best practice sharing across events teams
Evaluating current market and assigned industry sector conditions to develop relevant revenue generating sponsorship opportunities
Identifying future market opportunities and define product vision/strategy
Understanding customer needs and researching product requirements
Engaging closely with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods
Generating reports and provide updates to Senior Leadership
Requirements
Have experience in business/marketing or related area
Possess a high level of computer systems comprehension, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Be highly creative and able to assist in the development of new sponsorship products
Possess some background in experiential Marketing Experience
Be able to travel 25% of the time
