1. If you could pick up a new skill in an instant what would it be?

I would love to be able to speak any language. I studied French and Spanish at university and enjoy being able to use my languages to communicate with people from different parts of the world. For my job especially, it would be extremely useful if I could wake up tomorrow fluent in Japanese, Thai and Korean!

2. If you only had one album to play which one would you choose?

It would have to be ‘Delta’ by Mumford and Sons. I have listened to it on repeat hundreds of times and I’m still not fed up of it. I find it really helps me zone in and concentrate when I have a lot of work to do.

3. What is your most used emoji?

Crying with laughter. I must have a lot of funny friends!

4. What country would you travel to if you could go anywhere?

This is a difficult one because at the moment I would literally go anywhere if it meant a holiday abroad! I would love to stay in one of those beach huts in the sea in the Maldives because they look so peaceful and relaxing, but equally really want to travel round New Zealand to experience the scenery and watch the All Blacks play a home game.

5. What’s your go-to productivity trick?

I normally start by making a cup of tea and writing a to-do list, so that I can tick tasks off once I have completed them. I try and get through some of the quick and easy tasks first, so I can tick them off straight away, as this gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to focus on the more challenging pieces of work.

6. What do you enjoy most about working in events?

I am in the Group Finance team, so I don’t work directly on an event, but I do get to review and analyse event performance. From a finance perspective, I enjoy reporting on a tangible product and learning about all of our events across the globe, especially given the wide variety of industries they cater for. The collaborative effort that goes into making each event a success is incredible.

7. What makes you proud to work at RX?

I am proud to work for a global company that values its collaborative and diverse workforce. I am lucky enough to work with colleagues from all over the world and I enjoy being part of a diverse team and helping others across the business.
