About the Role

As an Account Manager for WTM Spotlight Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of the event. You will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring exhibitor satisfaction. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that maximize ROI for our partners. You will also collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure exhibitors and partners receive a seamless and high-value experience from initial engagement through to event delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to exceed revenue targets for WTM Spotlight Riyadh.

  • Drive new business through exhibitor sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

  • Conduct tailored client meetings and presentations (in-person and virtual).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven exhibitor experiences.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports.

  • Represent RX and WTM Spotlight at industry events and client engagements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales/account management, ideally within exhibitions, events, or B2B industries.

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory), with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed revenue targets.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills in both face-to-face and digital environments.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to build campaigns that generate leads and drive engagement.

  • Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills, with attention to detail and accountability.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
