Assistant Conference Producer

 

Job Description

You will report to the Project Director, and work closely with the show teams especially with the Conference Producers, specifically in the areas of administration, content planning and marketing. You will be trained and expected to assist and deliver, but not limited to the following tasks with the assigned teams:

 

  • Plan, market and execute virtual and/or physical conferences with the show teams

  • Scheduling for guests, such as flight, accommodation, logistic movement in Singapore, and entertainment.

  • Content planning, such as program curation, script writing, scheduling for stage

  • Attending to speakers/guest enquiries to enhance their experience

  • Coordination with the speaker/guests for follow ups

  • Hospitality for the guests, liaise and plan with the guest concierge to ensure guests are on time for both stage (virtual and physical) and media slot.

  • Ensure proper execution of conference program

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field

  • Strong command in Chinese and English is a plus point as you will need to liaise with Chinese and English speaking speakers/ guests.

  • Digitally savvy, proficient in digital platforms and software such as Linkedin, Zoom, VIMEO, Youtube and BOX. Video editing skills is a plus.

  • Efficient in using MS Words, Power Point and Excel

  • Team player, strong interpersonal skills.

  • Versatile, independent and able to handle multiple assignments

  • Well organized, excellent customer service and able to service high level speakers/guests
