About the Job
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of operations, making sure that processes are carried out as planned, within established deadlines, quality standards, and defined resources.
Acts as a bridge between strategic areas and operational execution, implementing approved demands without involvement in commercial negotiations or revenue definition.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the proper execution of services.
Plan and monitor schedules, resources, and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Act as an interface with areas such as Product, Procurement, Suppliers, and internal Stakeholders.
Execute formally approved requests, including services with an issued PO (Purchase Order).
Monitor operational indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous process improvements.
Identify operational risks and act proactively to mitigate them.
Ensure alignment between planning, execution, and final delivery.
Lead, guide, and support operational teams, promoting organization and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and established processes.
