About the Role

As a Conference Manager at RX, you’ll research, design and lead the conference strategy and deliver working with teams across a matrix organization. You'll work alongside a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• To conduct in-depth research to develop cutting-edge conference strategies via telephone, face-to-face, partners and stakeholders

• To align conference strategies with event leadership strategy

• To understand target audiences and event personas to ensure content delivers the correct audiences required

• To build world-class conference themes and programmes that deliver meaningful and valuable event experiences for participants

• To invite, secure and manage speaker acquisition from high-profile and innovative entities

• To project manage the conference execution, remaining accountable for a production timeline delivery onsite

• To develop a network of industry experts to deepen knowledge and ensure market engagement

• Collaborate with sales to support sponsor acquisition

• Collaborate with marketing to support visitor acquisition

• To use data to support decision making and manage performance

Requirements

• Experience in conference development and management

• Confident building networks and partnerships with stakeholders

• Experienced at using data to support decision making
