About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead financial reporting and analysis for our Corporate Technology function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets, and forecasts, while also supporting strategic investment decisions and partnering closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Control
- Prepare financial reports aligned with IFRS standards
- Identify and address internal control gaps
- Ensure compliance reporting is timely and accurate
- Lead annual investment reviews and manage capitalized development costs
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and asset amortization
Management Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver insightful analysis and identify trends for business leaders
- Challenge and validate budget inputs; develop meaningful reporting formats
- Perform variance analysis for labor costs and overheads
- Forecast balance sheet items related to fixed assets and capital spend
- Partner with department heads to monitor digital performance
- Support and challenge digital product business plans
- Lead reporting of Technology Functional Costs
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives
Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven post-qualification experience in a large/multinational organization
- Strong stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Oracle financial systems
