About the Role
As the Senior Sponsorship Manager for the RXUK HUB, you will be at the forefront of driving sponsorship revenue across eight portfolios of world-class events. Your mission will be to uncover and understand the unique needs and challenges of our clients and provide tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. With a focus on value-based selling, you will unlock new opportunities across all segments through the promotion of RX’s leading digital tools, the development of objective led packages and building curated solutions for industry leading partners. You are a sales leader and will act as an internal consultant to our sales teams, creating meaningful connections with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Identifying and qualifying new leads through research and networking, and conducting sales calls and meetings with potential clients.
- Responsible for sponsorship sales across eight RX Global event portfolios with overall accountability for ensuring our partners maximise the value of their relationship within the individual show activation strategy
- Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with clients to optimize sponsorship packages and deliver maximum value.
- Work with the Sales Leadership Team to set the commercial strategy for partnerships and sponsorships across RXUK; building out a macro strategic sales plan and implementing a framework for approach and execution of sponsorship and digital assets.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Experience working within an international eco-system and across cultures.
- Proven ability to build a wide network of influencers.
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong creative skills in presenting and socialising information
- Entrepreneurial and highly organised, with proven ability to appropriately prioritise and manage your own time.
- High emotional levels of intelligence – skilled in the art of relationship building.
- Demonstrated ability to progress the sales process using consultative skills
- Sponsorship sales experience preferable but not essential
