The Board of Directors of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, has elected RX CEO Hugh Jones to serve as UFI’s president for the term spanning 2024- 2025, and he will assume the leading volunteer role at the 91^st UFI Global Congress in Cologne, Germany, in November 2024. 

RX, one of the largest event organizers in the world, has announced the promotion of Luiz Bellini to the position of Managing Director of RX Mexico.

The executive, who has been with the company for 6 years, will assume the position as of August 1. The appointment is another important step towards strengthening RX's leading position in the market.

Nathalie Haxby had never worked in face-to-face events before starting her role as global head of corporate communications for the world’s second largest exhibition organiser. She came in to oversee the rebrand from Reed Exhibitions to RX, before being thrown headfirst into the deep end with a new CEO and the total cessation of live events.

Fernando Fischer (pictured), RX president of the Americas is the Keynote for the upcoming Exhibition and Convention Executives Forum (ECEF) 2023 in Washington, DC on 31 May.
