Reports to the Project Manager/Lead; together responsible for managing exhibitions.

About The Role

Typically sells booth/floor space, sponsorships, directory advertisements and other ancillary media. Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work. Identifies the problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. Has prior relevant training or related work experience. Has working knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

1. Assisting the Senior Project Manager/Head in delivering the exhibitions and day to day work activities.

2. Space Selling and Exhibition Execution

3. Sponsorship Sales

4. Responsible to close and manage Industry Tie Ups

5. Visiting Competition Events to generate contacts and for Data Mining purposes.

6. After Sales Support (Invoicing, Handling Marketing Collaterals, and operational documents)

7. Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team

8. Ensuring and maintaining high quality work standards

Requirement

1. 5+ years' sales or equivalent experience.

2. Functional Knowledge: Performs routine tasks following specific instructions or under supervision.

3. Business Expertise: Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams.

4. Leadership: Has no supervisory responsibilities; manages workload.

5. Problem Solving: Work is clearly defined and completed according to instructions.

6. Impact: Impacts own team through the accuracy and quality of work.

7. Interpersonal Skills: Uses communication skills to exchange information.

Exhibition Industry Professionals will be given preference.
