About our Team
The Customer Success Team ensures that customers have a successful journey throughout the entire event cycle. This includes providing personalized service to customers during event execution; before, during and after the show.
About the Role
In this role, you will accompany the exhibitors throughout their journey to insure successful participation in our events. You will work across internal departments, making it possible to offer quick and effective solutions to customer needs. The Customer Success Associate provides feedback and insights to event teams about customers’ experiences during show execution. This promotes improvement of services provided to our customers.
Responsibilities
Assisting customers throughout the entire show journey, and provide recommendations and advice
Monitoring customers fulfillment progress, Insuring they are postioning themselves for a successful show
Guiding customers through the preshow process of getting their booth ready. This includes assisting with contracted package(s), any necessary orders and articulating the Exhibitor Manual in a clear and concise manner
Creating reports that teams can utilize to enhance the customer experience
Providing customer updates to show directors on a consistent basis
Working across multiple events in different industries at any given time
Creating and editing exhibitor sales contracts applying feedback from legal and sales leadership
Coordinating On-site event customer success activity
Requirements
Have prior customer service experience
Demonstrate excellent organization and project management skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have experience with Microsoft excel
Be able to travel 25% of the time
