About the Role
The Head of Visitor Strategy will design and execute an HVB strategy for the RXUK hub. You will develop ways to deliver and capture value in our existing Buyer-driven shows. You will review how to extend HVB programs across B2B shows.
Responsibilities
Developing consistent drivers and metrics for the Buyer team and buyer offerings.
Influencing, communicating and implementing tools to support the delivery of buyer programmes.
Establishing clear team and individual goals aligned to RXUK strategy
Owning the value proposition, value delivery and value capture of our Hosted buyer product.
Acting as the source of knowledge to the rest of the business, and to the broader market.
Contributing to the development, communication and promotion of corporate core purpose, vision, mission and values of RELX and RX
Requirements
Have relevant demonstrable experience in a senior role within the events or related industries.
Experience in strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
Be capable of aligning team objectives with broader business strategy and vision
Display a deep understanding of buyer-driven events and high-value buyer (HVB) offerings.
