About the Role

Working closely with the PGA Sales Director and Clubhouse Event Manager, you will drive exhibitor sales for the Clubhouse area at the PGA Show. The Clubhouse highlights all that golf facilities are doing to attract and retain members. Key growth segments are focused on all racquet & paddle sports, fitness and other club amenities. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts and prospecting new exhibitor leads specific to the clubhouse categories. You will also work with support teams to identify sponsorship and activation opportunities.


  • Being able to manage a sales territory. Prioritizing key sales initiatives such as digital offerings and identifying high potential accounts is also key.

  • Demonstrating high level of attention to detail with systems and Salesforce pipeline management

  • Identifying growth opportunities within territory and collaborating with sales/sponsorship teams to reach and exceed targets

  • Attending and prospecting competitive shows, including preparing recap reports in an accurate and timely manner

  • Working with PGA Sales Director to develop exhibitor retention strategies, improving customer experience and driving exhibitor value

  • Maintaining high awareness of industry trends, growth opportunities and other relevant market updates.


  • Have account management/Sales or related experience

  • Have interest and knowledge of golf, tennis, racquet sports and/or fitness industries

  • Demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Possess excellent relationship building skills

  • Be able to travel, extensively at times
