About the Role

To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain expected customer retention rate. Assist project manager to develop new exhibition related product and setup the sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry insights to the sales team and engage with key international contacts. 

• Oversee the management of overseas visitor groups, including on-site logistics for associations. 

• Maintain and expand the overseas association database, effectively collecting and managing support messages. 

• Lead industry training, telemarketing, and matchmaking for overseas visitors. 

• Responsible for contacting and maintaining important agents in each region, assisting in the completion of agent dinners, agent matching, and other activities. 

• Support the strategic planning, guest invitation, and on-site execution of prestigious events such as the World Corrugated Forum (WCF) and the World Corrugated Awards (WCA), ensuring their success and global impact. 

Requirements

• At least 5 years of oversea marketing experience, preferably in exhibition industry

• Have a good command of both spoken and written English/Chinese

• Articulate and possess strong communication skills

• Able to adjust to frequent international business travels
