协助管理层,与关键参展商建立并维护良好的关系
提供有效的售后服务和现场服务,以确保高水平的参展商满意度
与参展商建立良好的关系,并确保参展商保留率达到我们的预期水平
以价值为导向进行展位的销售,100%达成销售目标(包括展位收入,路演会议收入,广告项目收入,电子商务收入)
制定并执行有效的销售计划,以招募指定领域中流失的关键参展商
根据目标制定销售计划和里程碑,并且时刻努力确保销售计划和里程碑得到有效的执行
深入准确的了解参展商的需求并根据参展商的需求,及时准备并提供适合参展商的销售方案
进行展会核心买家和会议听众邀请
在客户管理系统(GBS)中录入所有销售记录。
签署销售合同并获得全款支付
准备精确和及时的报告
任职要求
2-3年以上会展或相关行业B2B销售、市场或活动经验
真诚、良好的沟通能力,协调能力及团队合作精神
始终保持积极态度,可适应快节奏的工作环境,并能承受一定的工作压力
具有敏锐的商业洞察力,能够获取客户洞察,进行价值导向的销售,并提供基于顾问的综合营销解决方案

About the Role
To be accountable for sales and assignment of exhibit space, VAS coupled with other sales related functions for assigned shows, especially to generate new customer & new business and follow up with the key accounts & loyal accounts so as to develop the revenue and maintain the expected customer retention rate. Assist the project manager to develop new exhibition-related products and set up the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Assist the management in establishing and maintaining good relationships with key exhibitors.
To provide effective after-sales services and onsite services so as to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
To build rapport with the exhibitors and ensure exhibitors' retention rate meets our expected level.
To achieve 100% of sales target for assigned shows (including space revenue, Roadshow revenue, CMO and e-revenue).
To make and execute effective sales plan to recruit lost key exhibitors of assigned segments.
To prepare and implement sales plan and milestone to meet budget target.
To prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects as and when required.
To recruit the key buyers and delegates.
To record all sales in the GBS program provided.
To obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
To prepare accurate and timely reports.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or event management in the exhibition or related industry.
Sincere, with excellent communication skills, coordination abilities, and a team spirit.
Always maintain a positive attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment, and able to withstand certain work pressure.
Acute business acumen and highly capable of acquiring customer insights and conduct value-led selling and providing consultant-based integrated marketing solutions.
