Katherine Youngstrom was promoted from Vice President of Marketing to Head of Marketing, RX U.S., at RX. Youngstrom was first hired by RX (then known as Reed Exhibitions) as a Senior Marketing Associate in 2011. In 2014, the organization promoted her to Account Manager – Hosted Buyer at one2one Summits.

After a stint as a Manager (Buyer) – Home Division at Vente-Privee USA, Youngstrom returned to RX in 2015 as Special Events and Conference Manager. Before becoming Vice President of Marketing, Youngstrom was promoted to Event Director – JCK Tucson, Director of Events and Education, and Director of Content and Community.

RX promoted Stephen McCullough to Executive Vice President of Functional Fabric Fair. McCullough was formerly the show’s Event Director and has worked at RX since 2016. Before joining the organization, he was Vice President of Sales at Horizon Global Industries. He has also held roles at NEJ Inc., Crown and Eagle LLC, and Leighton Daniel LLC.
