Fernando Fischer, president, Americas, at RX, chairs the Exhibitions and Conferences Alliance, a coalition of associations comprising the unified public policy voice of the business and professional events industry. Since 2020, Fisher has overseen operations in the USA, Mexico, and Brazil while supporting RX and the exhibition industry through a period of significant transformation and growth. Previously, Fischer was CEO of RX Brazil for three years, where he significantly enhanced customer value, financial performance, and employee engagement and before that specialized in restructuring and turnaround efforts.
