Who Will Be the Next RELX Privacy Superhero?

Have you, your team or a colleague developed a product, implemented a solution, started a system, or made a change that puts into practice at least one of the RELX Privacy Principles? If so, please submit an entry to the annual RELX Privacy Principles Champion Competition.

The winners will be announced and their achievements will be profiled on the RELX Privacy Office site during the week of Data Privacy Day (26 January) 2024.

The Employee Experience: A Global Perspective

Each year we ask you to take part in the RELX Global Employee Opinion Survey, it’s a chance to have your say about your experience working at RX. Your voices truly matter: the results of this survey help us to understand what is going well and what changes may need to be made.

We're happy to share that 92% of you answered the survey this year, compared to 87% last year, our highest ever completion rate. Thank you to all who participated in the survey.

HR on Easy Mode: Making People-Related Tasks a Breeze

In HR, we are making changes to improve your experience in getting the support and help you need to undertake people-related tasks and actions more easily.

Our current Workday application is being given a new front-end, called myHR and this is our new entry point into HR.  It knows who you are, where you and your team are, and is available to all employees, wherever you’re based. It’s designed to help you carry out all your personal and team related HR tasks and is the place to go for HR help.
