How to prepare.
1. Prepare ahead of time - Research RX and the role, jot down key points, and have your resume, pen and paper handy.
2. Test your tech - Check your internet connection, microphone, and camera well in advance - we typically use MS Teams for our video interviews
3. What to wear - Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Our offices are usually smart casual, but dressing more professionally might help you feel confident for your interview. If you’re unsure, just ask your Recruiter for advice.
4. Be punctual - Regardless of whether your interview is face-to-face or online, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to set up
5. Be yourself - Show your authentic self and how your unique experiences, skills, and perspective can contribute to our team
