1. Application.

2. Introduction call.
This chat isn’t just about what’s on your resume - it’s about the real you. We want to hear your career story, what gets you out of bed in the morning (besides coffee), and give you the scoop on the role, our culture, and what’s next. Plus, it’s your chance to ask us questions and see if this opportunity feels like your perfect match. Think of it as a two-way audition, minus the stage fright.
3. Interview.
Time to dive in deep. In this 45-minute to 1-hour session, we'll explore your skills and experience to see if it matches what we're looking for. Interviews can be in-person or online, depending on the role. While we do love a good face-to-face (it’s kind of our thing), we get that everyone works differently - let us know if there’s anything we can do to make the process smoother for you. We’re rooting for you!
4. Job-related skill test.
As part of our hiring process, we may ask you to showcase your skills through an assessment like a presentation, case study, or coding challenge. Think of it as your chance to shine! It helps us see your talent in action and find the best fit for the role. These assessments also keep things fair, reduce bias, and focus on what matters - your skills.
5. Second interview.
Depending on the role, we might dive deeper into your motivations and values - and give you a chance to meet your future team. It’s an hour well-spent, with plenty of time to chat, connect, and see if we’re a match made in workplace heaven.
6. Let's seal the deal!
All on board? Time to get down to business. We'll walk you through the details and give you some time to mull it over. Ready to take the plunge? We'll iron out your starting date, draft a contract and kick off the onboarding process. If it’s not your time this round, don’t sweat it - we encourage you to apply again in the future!
How to prepare.
1. Prepare ahead of time - Research RX and the role, jot down key points, and have your resume, pen and paper handy.
2. Test your tech - Check your internet connection, microphone, and camera well in advance - we typically use MS Teams for our video interviews
3. What to wear - Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Our offices are usually smart casual, but dressing more professionally might help you feel confident for your interview. If you’re unsure, just ask your Recruiter for advice.
4. Be punctual - Regardless of whether your interview is face-to-face or online, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to set up
5. Be yourself - Show your authentic self and how your unique experiences, skills, and perspective can contribute to our team
